How It Works
Here’s a sample schedule or what your day might look like on Feel Great.
11-4pm
Have Balance with lunch to slow the impact of the carbohydrates you consume. Take a second Unimate at lunchtime to support you through your day.
6pm-8pm
Drink Balance with dinner to slow the impact of the carbohydrates you consume.
8 pm
Start your fast after dinner and wait 16 hours before your next meal.
