Time-based eating, also known as intermittent fasting, is a core practice in the Feel Great approach.

After selecting HSA/FSA as a payment method, you will be redirected to TrueMed, where you will take a brief general health survey to see if you qualify for a Letter of Medical Necessity ('LMN') from a licensed medical provider that ties the purchase to treatment or prevention of a medical condition. After completing the survey, you may submit your payment through TrueMed and you will be emailed your LMN. If you do not qualify, your purchase will be refunded.

Pay with HSA/FSA

After placing your order, you’ll complete a brief health survey on TrueMed to qualify for a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN). If approved, you can submit payment; if not, your purchase will be refunded.
