Starting the Feel Great System? Here’s when you can expect to see results

When will you see results from the Feel Great system? It depends

Because no two bodies are the same and no two people have the same lifestyle and genetic factors, people start to see results from Feel Great at different times.

After the first week, a lot of people already notice positive changes. Results continue throughout the first month after their bodies have adjusted to taking Balance and doing intermittent fasting. The best results are typically seen after 90 days, after a consistent schedule is maintained for a longer period of time.

Remember, health improvements happen at the cellular level. Lifestyle changes and improvements for better health manifest not just outwardly, but also affect internal processes. So even if it takes a while to see the results you’re looking for, know that positive changes are happening, and that the results you achieve will be longer lasting and will support your overall health over time.

Consistency is key

The more consistent you are, the better your results will be. Make sure you’re starting your day with Unimate and taking Balance before or with your largest meal of the day, and that you’re sticking to an intermittent fasting schedule that works for you. We recommend fasting for 16 hours a day, but if you need to start with 12 and work your way up, go for it. Another important thing to remember: perfection is not required to succeed at Feel Great.
